Last week, we celebrated the completion of the Manistique Bank Building renovation project with special guests Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist and Senator Ed McBroom.

We are so happy to be able to preserve this historic building as part of the downtown Manistique community!

This mixed-use building has a total of 4,760 sq. ft. on the second floor for three residential apartments. The first floor has 1,300 sq. ft. of commercial offices.

THANK YOU Manistique community for all the support. Happy to announce all apartment units are accounted for! We await a final certificate of occupancy in the upcoming weeks. It has been great to see this wonderful building come back to life.
