I’m excited to share that I had two buyers go under contract after a busy past weekend of showings! Both deals took a little negotiation to get accepted, which feels very on-brand for this crazy market right now—but we made it happen!

This transaction was a great reminder that the team you choose really matters. Early on, we hit a hurdle and had to quickly regroup to make sure we had the right people in place to keep things moving forward. Once everything was lined up, the process went smoothly, and we made it from accepted offer to closing in less than a month! 💨

Not only did we navigate some unexpected twists along the way, but we also beat out multiple offers to secure this home in the first place. 💪🏡

Buying your first home comes with plenty of questions and unexpected moments, but these buyers stayed positive, trusted in me and in the process, and made it to the finish line!
