Today was closing day!!!! 🎉

I meet my Robert & Eveylnn virtually, as they are from another state, and they trusted me to help them purchase a home with virtual tours (sight unseen). Yesterday we did a finally walk through (the first time they saw it in person) and they loved it!! I am so happy & excited for them. Welcome to Minnesota Robert, Everlynn and your beautiful family!

OFFER ACCEPTED!!!! 🎉

I spent 2 days doing virtual tours for my clients that live in another state. The first day we put in an offer and we didn't get the house...I know that one wasn't meant to be theirs. Because, The 2nd day of virtual tours...we found the one, it's perfect for them & I know they are going to love it in person even more than they did virtually! I'm so excited for them!!!

Help me settle a debate in my home 😄....white or black doors? We currently have white. With a husband in construction, kids, dogs, cats, country life....I hate how dirty the white looks daily 😑. OR do I strip the paint off the doors and stain them? 🤔
