Oh, how I adore this family 🥲 This one took trust to a whole new level…

Frankie & Shea reached out to me at the end of May after stumbling across my profile online. From our very first call it felt like catching up with old friends. We bonded over our mutual longing for slow living, gardening and bird watching, but I also learned the driving factor behind their decision to move their family across the country— To be closer to extended family and afford their children room the run and cousins to grow up with. 🌳🪟🧺

After a couple virtual showings, we secured an absolute DREAM of a property filled with character, nestled into a hillside on 12 acres with the most incredible views of the Minnesota River Valley. Yesterday, they saw it for the first time, in person, and loved it even more than they anticipated. The best part? $40k negotiated in their favor off the purchase price. 👊
