We're looking for someone to take full ownership of leasing operations across our growing residential portfolio in Southern Minnesota. This means leading a small remote team, approving applications, managing compliance, coordinating move-ins/outs, and being the point person for tenant relations.

This is NOT a desk job. You'll have real authority, real impact, and a clear path to expanded leadership as the portfolio grows.

What we offer:
• $62,000–$71,000 base salary
• Up to $5,000 annual performance bonus
