University Park Residents:

Friendly reminder that the lot your home sits on is your responsibility to keep in top notch shape. Please get outside and clean up. If there are items being stored outside that don't belong out there, store them in your shed. Cut your grass and trim the weeds from around your home. Additionally, any small trees growing up beside your home or in your lot, cut them down. W**d your flower beds. Make sure your skirting is free of holes and looks nice. Sheets and blankets are not allowed to be used as curtains. Also please do not hang items over your porches. If you have a shed that needs painting or if you have areas of your home that need painting, let's get it done. If you need resources of a contractor that can help get these things taken care of, let me know. Each home/lot is permitted to have 2 vehicles. If you have more than two vehicles, they need to be stored off of the property. All tabs need to be current or you will be notified prior to being towed.
Failure to maintain the above mentioned items of concern will result in lease violations that can ultimately result in your inability to continue your residency within University Park. If you have any questions, please contact me at the office. 507.519.6900
