What I’d never do if I were buying a home right now…

I wouldn’t wait for a headline to tell me when to move.
I wouldn’t assume rates dropping automatically means prices will.
And I definitely wouldn’t try to figure it all out alone.

What I would do instead:
• Get crystal clear on my budget — not just what I qualify for
• Build a plan that works now and later (hello, refinance options)
• Stay patient, but prepared
• Make decisions based on my life — not market noise
