Don’t waste your time looking at a home before you actually know where the money is coming from and determine if you can afford buying a home. This is especially important now as the supply of homes is low and homes more often go under contract within just days.

Think about this:
1.) If you need to sell your home in order to qualify to buy your next home and you are not pre qualified and your home is not on the market, do you think a Seller would even consider your offer with so many unknowns?

Now put yourself in the Seller’s shoes. Would you accept the offer especially knowing there are more Buyers in the market than there are Sellers? 🧐

If you would like to buy and/or sell a home takes some time to plan so that your next sales or purchase is a success. The best way to fail is by failing to plan as you most likely will succeed at creating your own headache.
