L&M's - LaGreca's Meat Market, a new venture from the RBQ fam, is opening soon in This Is Hamilton, NY’s new Kendrick Building!

We're bringing an upscale, old-school meat market to the area, inspired by a market our family owned in Hamilton generations ago called the L&M Market, short for LaGreca & Mirabito.

Get ready for a full-scale butcher counter offering a variety of beef, poultry, and pork; a deli case featuring RBQ-style deli meats, sides, cheese, and hot items by the pound; a dedicated seafood counter with standing items and special order available - and more!

While LaGreca’s won’t be a full-scale sandwich shop, we will offer sandwiches to go along with other unique items we think you’re going to love. All in time for your summer BBQs!

There are many details still to come as we are in the final stages of getting the space ready for you. That being said, we're looking to grow our team! We will be hiring for 3 to 4 positions with a mix of full and part-time hours. Unlike the restaurant, we’ll generally operate on a 9-5 schedule from Tuesday-Saturday. Full-time positions must have food service experience. For part-time positions, it's a plus but not a requirement. All positions will include paid training time.

We can’t overstate how much we appreciate your support over the years here at RBQ and with our other ventures, and we absolutely cannot wait to welcome you in to LaGreca’s soon.

The inaugeral Easter Egg Coloring Contest was a success! We had submissions from Cazenovia, Hamilton, Fabius, Truxton, Manlius, Deruyter and beyond. It was so much fun to see everyone's artwork and and I had the hardest time choosing our favorites. Congratulations to our winners in each age group, they will receive their choice of a gift card to or Can't wait for next year!
