Throwback to the first Fix and Flip of the Year! Closed on this bad boy in late 2021 and finished and sold at the end of Q1 of 2022!
East Carrie taught me and helped me refresh on many lessons that I will forever hold with me in my Buisness and in life:
-keeping composure in high stress situations, never react out of emotion.
-Trust and empower others. Always put yourself and those on your team in the best position to win. And celebrate their wins!
-Staying disciplined and focused to the Gameplan.
Things will happen, expect the unexpected, and stay calm and comfortable and continue to push forward always.
