10. If I was to look at your credit score today, what would I probably see?
11. Any foreclosures or bankruptcies in the past year?
12. Are your car and house payments up to date?
13. If I was to look in your bank account, what would the average balance be?
14. Do you own any other properties outright (foe collateralizing)?
15. Other financial assets? (Retirement accounts, 401k, IRA, Bitcoin, etc?
16. What do you do for a living besides real estate deals?
17. Any other forms of income besides real estate?
18. How many deals like this have you done in the last year or so?
19. How much did you make on your last deal?
20. What do you consider a good deal? (% of value, min profit, min cash flow)
21. FOR FIXERS: What level of repairs are you comfortable with?
22. Any other real estate you own, besides what we've already talked about?
23. What funds do you have right now to put into this deal? (skin in the game?)
24. How will you cover the reserve requirement? (min 3 months of loan payments visible)
25. What do you know about the local market that could help a lender from across the country fund this deal for you?
