Closing day is always happy day! But this one was extra special! It was my pleasure helping this darling of a client buy her beautiful first home! I so enjoyed working with her!:) She’s moving into a home with $50k in equity already built in. What’s more? I helped secure an additional $20k in seller concessions. Plus, I negotiated for her to keep the existing furniture, 2 refrigerators, curtains, and 2 TVs, at no extra cost! Yes, this was a boss move alright, worthy of a celebration!
