Exciting updates, Turtle Creek has officially launched a new application for the Turtle Creek Apartments which is 62 and older Community (this application is designed for anyone 62 or older that would like to apply for Turtle Creek Apartments but do not wish to use there Project Based voucher rental assistance)

The Project Based Voucher waitlist Opened on February 15, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.

This is for Turtle Creek Apartments Only which is age restricted, 62 and older. Effective Sunday, February 15, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, City of Mansfield Ohio will Open the Project Based Voucher waiting list and will be notified when wait list will close.

The Mansfield Metropolitan Housing Authority, in the city of Mansfield Ohio, will close the Project Based Voucher waiting list in accordance with CFR 982.206.
