To help keep Turtle Creek a safe, clean, and welcoming community, please remember:
- Keep patios, hallways, and common areas clean and free of clutter.
- Place all trash inside dumpsters.
- Respect neighbors by keeping noise levels reasonable.
- Park only in authorized spaces and follow all parking rules to avoid towing.
- Report maintenance emergencies after hours by calling 419-982-8330 and leaving your name, apartment number, and callback number.
- During freezing weather, keep apartment temperatures at 50°F or higher.
- Promptly report water leaks, mold concerns, or heating/cooling issues to management.
-Residents are responsible for ensuring guests follow all community guidelines.
- Turtle Creek is a smoke-free community. Violations may result in lease enforcement actions.
- Remember to provide a full month's written notice before moving out.
