Residential/Commercial Repair Technicians Wanted .

We are looking for individuals with property maintenance and repair experience. Individuals must be self motivated with time management skills. They need to complete daily tasks efficiently and on time. This is a full time position Monday-Friday.

Daily tasks for technicians include:
Lock changes
Winterizations
Debris removal
Grass cutting
Roofing
Basic carpentry
Basic electrical
Basic plumbing
Window/door installation
Siding
Drywall
Flooring installation
Candidates must be able to pass a federal background check and have a valid drivers license. Pay is weekly.
