This is Mary. And while she has worked closely with me for the last 2 years, she’s been mostly behind the scenes, and many of you might not know her. Well, I wanted to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING she is and the new job title she has been given.

Mary is now the Client Experience Manager, "Guardian of Order." In her new role, she is no longer just handling tasks behind the scenes. She is designing, managing, and protecting the client experience from first contact to long after closing.

As a client, this means you’ll be hearing from Mary regularly! From updating you on the next steps of your transaction to keeping you informed on client programs and updates. I will still be very involved along the way, guiding things, but Mary is a fantastic added layer of support whenever questions are had or help is needed.

I am so excited to continue to work with Mary as my right-hand woman and excited for all my clients to get to know her better as well.

I am so excited for Patrick and Linda and their new beautiful vintage home! From the very beginning, they had a clear vision and a firm timeline. One non-negotiable: the home had to be vintage and full of character. We actually first met at one of my listings, and after listening to their needs, I knew right away this wasn’t the home for them. We agreed to widen the search area to honor both their budget and their timeline.

They fell in love with a house, but unfortunately it did not look like the numbers would work based on what the lender was telling us. I suggested we get a second opinion to see if we could find a way to make this dream home their reality! They were open, connected with Aaron Livengood, and that conversation changed everything.

Fast forward - they’ve signed the papers and have moved into their DREAM home! Plus…they got to use a no-money program, and bought the very home they fell in love with that seemed impossible at first. Sometimes you just need a second opinion, some creative thinking, and determination!

Guiding. Listening. Pivoting. Solving. So my clients can move forward without sacrificing what matters most! I love closing days…especially ones like this! Congratulations again to Patrick and Linda!

For Valentine’s Day, Todd got me a bouquet of roses. As I looked at them over the past week, it instantly took me back to the memory of the first ever flower arrangement he gave to me. It was an orange vase arrangement that might not seem like anything overly special to some, but to me it meant (and still means) the world!

You see, the guy I dated before Todd never bought me flowers. Not once. In fact, he once told me, “I only buy flowers for people I care about.” He actually said this to me…his girlfriend 🤯 Well that sure gave me the clarity I needed, and we were definitely over!

Then along comes Todd. It’s my birthday. I’m working uptown New York, 105th Street, and those bright orange vase flowers show up at my job. 🥰 I was glowing because someone made me feel seen and loved me out loud. We had only been dating for about 4 months at the time, but he loved me so well!

Here’s the kicker... that same day, the ex magically appears at my job talking about how he was “in the area.” 🙄 Excuse me, sir. You live in Connecticut. You were not just “in the area” for no good reason! He sees the flowers and says, “Oh those are nice. Did your job get those for you?”

I smiled and said, “Nope. A new guy I’m seeing.” The way his face changed! I’ll never forget it. It was beyond satisfying!

Ladies, if he says he only does certain things for people he cares about, believe him. Then go find the man who sends the orange vase flowers. 🧡
