Okay Realtors... can we have a moment of honesty? 😅

Sometimes I think the public has no idea what happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction.

As a broker, I could stay focused on running the brokerage, but I choose to stay actively selling real estate because I believe the best way to lead agents is to be in the trenches with them. That means I'm experiencing the same market, the same challenges, and yes... the same frustrations right alongside everyone else.

This week alone has given me enough material for an entire season of a real estate reality show. 😂
