Started the week off right yesterday by putting a beautiful Lexington schools home IN CONTRACT! 🏡🫡

I found it for my buyers Thursday, we saw it Friday, & by yesterday we had it in contract!

Excited for my buyers as I work to make sure the process of selling their current home & getting into this beauty is as smooth as possible! They are currently in Lexington & wanted to remain there, & I said not a problem! 🤷🏻‍♂️

Man, September was a month!

Now, I’ll be honest with y’all, this was a milestone I was chasing for awhile. I came close a few times. & sure, I’m by far not the first Realtor to achieve this, but it still feels so good to say I did it.

WE HAD A $1 MILLION DOLLAR MONTH FOR SEPTEMBER. 🏡🎉

I am so, SO thankful for my clients that put their trust in me. I know I say this a lot. But I mean it. We all know how crazy real estate is right now, & with that, there’s hundreds of Realtors in Mansfield alone. You probably know a few yourself. & hey, being 24, it’s easier to be overlooked sometimes due to my age. Just being 100% honest. But I don’t allow that to be something that discourages me or make excuses. It’s motivation to work harder. To do the best I can with the chances I get. To be that professional that leaves my clients feeling as satisfied with the job I’ve done as possible.

I tend to try to not be a prideful person, because at the end of the day God is who I have to thank for this, but through him, I am proud of the work I put in to make this goal come true.

Again, words cannot describe how thankful I am for the opportunities that my clients give me to help them. It means the absolute world to me.

Happy Sunday!

I’m super happy to say that 463 Woodcrest is now CLOSED! 👏🏡

I’m super excited for Ed, my seller, & so thankful for his trust in me to get the job done!

This one was special for a couple of reasons. First, Ed came to me from a referral from a family member whose house I sold last year. It really makes me feel special & grateful knowing that somebody I helped thought I did a good enough job to refer me to their family. When that happens, there’s an extra sense of pride & determination to make sure I continue to do the best I can. ❤️

Also, although I’m ALWAYS happy to work anywhere, when it comes to houses in Ram country, there’s a special affinity I have. Being able to help put families into the Madison school district is always an opportunity I’m eager to welcome!

Thankful to be able to do this whole real estate thing!

Happy Wednesday!

Despite the gloomy weather as of late, it is all smiles over here with a CLOSING! 🏡

Yesterday, Ryan & Danielle closed on their new home in Mansfield! 🎉 🥳

A year ago, I helped them sell their home in Shelby, & I am so thankful that a year later they reached out to me to help them buy! One of the greatest compliments I can receive on the work I do is repeat clients! I’m beyond thankful for their repeated trust in me to help them achieve their goals! 🏡

Of course, I couldn’t have done this alone!

The Huge Dreamer was a HUGE success! For the entire month of August, an average of just over 4 Huge Dreamer teas were sold EVERY DAY!

$130 raised with me matching the first $100, bringing the total to $230! All going to Rubies!

So, I would like to make one thing known. As you’ll see in a lot of my closing posts with buyers, Chris Durbin Fairway IMC NMLS #2121932 is often the lender involved. Chris & I have NO direct partnership/affiliation with each other. My clients are free to use any lender they wish to help them with the financing of their real estate purchase, & his clients are free to use any Realtor they wish! Neither of us gain any direct benefit from working together, & I am always more than happy to work with any lender that my clients chose!

However, when I have clients ask me for recommendations on who to go to for their lending needs, while Chris isn’t my ONLY recommendation, he’s one of my TOP recommendations. Why?
