Some closings hit differently… and this was definitely one of them. 🏡❤️

Our client was relocating back to Texas and after running into unexpected challenges with the builder’s lending process, things were looking uncertain at the very last minute. Another FIRST-TIME HOMEBUYER officially CLOSED and FUNDED! 🎉🔑

This journey came with a few unexpected bumps in the road. What was originally supposed to be a smooth closing ended up being pushed back nearly THREE weeks while some financing details were being worked through on the new build lending side.

And if you’ve ever purchased a home before ... especially a new construction home, you know delays and last-minute changes can feel overwhelming and emotional. But one thing we always remind our clients is this:

A delay does NOT automatically mean denial. 💪🏽

Throughout the process, we stayed proactive, kept communication flowing, worked closely with all parties involved, and continued fighting for solutions instead of focusing on the obstacles. Sometimes the journey to homeownership doesn’t go exactly as planned… but that’s why having the RIGHT team matters. 🏡✨

We just had the honor of helping a relocation client move BACK to Texas, and this closing was definitely one to remember. 🤍

Originally, our client was going through the lending process with the builder’s preferred lender. Unfortunately, due to lender overlays and guideline restrictions, things took an unexpected turn and it looked like she may lose out on the home she had fallen in love with.

But instead of allowing the deal to fall apart, we pivoted FAST. 👏🏽

We connected her with our trusted lending partner, and within about ONE WEEK:
✔️She was re-approved
✔️Her loan was cleared
✔️We got her back on track
✔️And we made it to the closing table only about a week after the original closing date
