It was such an honor to walk alongside you through this process and watch it all come together. There’s just something extra special about handing first-time buyers the keys to a place they can finally call HOME.

I’m so excited for some very sweet first-time homebuyers of mine! ❤️

I truly cannot express how much I love helping first-time buyers walk through this process. There are so many questions and so many “what happens next?” moments — and getting to be there to guide them through each one is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Next up ➡️ the option period! We’ll navigate the inspection, talk through any concerns, address possible repairs and keep moving toward that closing table.

Make your transition to your new home as smooth as possible by being prepared and knowing what to do.

This list is a great place to start! You can also create a home management binder. You'll use this to store important documents for your house, like your deed, insurance, home warranty, proof of inspection, mortgage billing info, and more.

Another tip for a smooth transition is working with an expert agent, ya know, like me. 😉

Yesterday was a full day of showings!

I had the privilege of touring 9 homes with some sweet first-time homebuyers, and we definitely found a few favorites! I think we’ve narrowed it down to a top 3 or 4… now comes the fun part.

I truly love working with first-time buyers — hearing what they’re hoping for, watching them figure out what feels like “home,” and getting to help guide them through the process.

Hopefully we’ll be writing an offer soon! 🤞🏼🏡🔑
