Anyone else get a little attached to their “all-day texting buddy” during a real estate transaction?

For weeks (and sometimes months), we’re texting about houses, inspections, lenders, repairs, appraisals, moving plans, and all the little details that come with buying or selling a home.

Then closing day arrives… and suddenly my phone gets a whole lot quieter.

The truth is, one of my favorite parts of this business is the relationships. I don’t just want to be your Realtor during the transaction—I want to be your Realtor for life.
