Interest rates have increased again but they will go down as we go into spring and summer 2023. Is has been reported that the DFW area has over two months home inventory for sale. This is a drastic increase from the same time last year. Now is the time to get a financial check up on your credit and what you need to do to be prepared when the market changes. DFW Metroplex home inventoris are increasing while interest rates stay high. But this will not be for much longer.
