A glimpse into a summer with MCIII Development! 👷‍♂️🏗️

This summer, our intern Luke had the opportunity to experience multiple parts of the development lifecycle and gain firsthand exposure to what it takes to move projects forward from behind the scenes to out in the field.

From touring properties and attending City Council and construction meetings to working on-site with our team, communicating with consultants, and so much more, Luke jumped in and experienced the many moving pieces that come together throughout the development process.

While this video only captures a few moments from his time with us, we’re incredibly grateful for everything Luke contributed to the MCIII Development team this summer!

Luke is officially back at Texas A&M and already a week into the new school year. 👍 Gig ’em! We’re wishing him a great semester and an incredible year ahead. 🎓

The Grand Prairie Homeless Outreach Organization doesn't just show up with resources. They build real exit plans, help people get IDs, connect clients to healthcare, and stay in the picture long after the immediate crisis is over.
