Story time🥺📖💫 I first met this young woman when she and my daughter were friends in high school and played soccer together. Watching her grow into the determined, hardworking person she is today has been incredibly rewarding.
Two years ago, she came to me with a dream of becoming a homeowner. We connected with a lender, sat down to review numbers, and even looked at a few homes. But after careful consideration, we decided it wasn’t the right time. She was focused on building her career, so the plan became simple: stay focused, work hard, save money, and keep the goal in sight.
She did exactly that.
When the timing was right, we started the home search again. This time, she found the one.🏡
