To our friends, family and clients, sadly we are no longer doing real estate tours in the limo. The maintainance and up keep simply became too much. Since we no longer have the Real Estate Limo, our team is now doing business as the Tarango Real Estate Group. We are still with PMZ, the leader in central valley real estate and we still provide top notch real estate services with the highest degree of integrity and we are always ready to help with any of your real estate needs.

To everyone who participated in tours, trips and "occasional" wine tasting, thanks so much for the fun times. We hope that you enjoyed the Limo services as much as we did!! Take care and keep an eye out for further updates!!

At Central Valley Association of Realtors, Dancing with the CVAR Stars. Nelia Tarango started this last year and raised $8000 for charity. This year's charity is "Without Permission" a group that battles human trafficking. Having a great time, raising money for a great cause!!

On Tuesday, July 11 the Fremont City Council will consider three tenant protection options: two flavors of rent control and a pumped-up version of their current Residential Rent Increase Dispute Resolution Ordinance (RRIDRO).

It appears that Council wants to “do something” to protect tenants. Asking the Council to do nothing on this issue, unfortunately, does not appear to be an option. If you own or manage rental properties in Fremont you may wish to attend and potentially speak at the July 11 meeting.
