1. 90/90 hip switch — 10 slow reps
2. Couch-stretch hip flexor — 45 sec each side
3. Cossack squat — 8 side-to-side
4. Deep squat hold — sit in the bottom 60 sec
5. World's greatest stretch — 5 each side

Total: under 6 minutes. Do it daily and in 3 weeks you won't recognize your hips.

1. Hit 0.8g per pound of bodyweight — daily, no excuses.
2. Split it across 4 meals, ~40g each.
3. Chase the leucine threshold — eggs, whey, beef, Greek yogurt. Not toast.
