Looking for Part-Time Summer Help. Must be available nights (no later than 10pm) and weekends. If interested please reach out to Adam at 732-443-6324
- Daily cleaning of the trash chute rooms
- Emptying of all trash receptacles on the entire property
- Emptying of all recycling receptacles on daily basis
- Cleaning, sweeping and vacuuming
- Cleaning of the common walkways throughout the day (leaf blower-used for sand and dirt)
- Maintaining common Area equipment and furniture including: Outdoor chairs, lounges, tables and umbrellas, Community room area, bathrooms and meeting room
- Patrol all parking areas- ensure parking tags are present- if not ticket and then tow
- Assisting in preparing for and managing the facilities of Association events including but not limited to: Meetings/Social Events/Parties/Etc.
- Enforce all Ocean Club Rules and Regulations to all Owners and most especially Renters.
- Patrol pool area and beach to ensure all Owners and Renters are wearing badges while in the pool area and/or on the beach.
- Ensure all units are occupied to licensed badge capacity and that no one has guests in the parking lot, pool area, beach or anywhere on the property that do not have unit or parking passes.
