I sent this house to all my investors & one of them said heck yes! This pretty little lady makes $112,000 consistently every year. The cash 💰 flow will be crazy! We were even able to negotiate by getting $35,000 towards closing costs. 🤯

I am so pumped. This will be the first Airbnb for my client. He says he is a bit overwhelmed. I said that’s why you have me. I’ll set him up with a management company, help him with photos, help him set up his listing, and walk him through the process of purchasing an investment home. I of course set him up with the best lender I know.
