✨🏡 SHE TOLD ME WHAT SHE WANTED… AND WE FOUND IT! 🏡✨

Some transactions just feel like they were meant to be, and this was truly one of the smoothest and most enjoyable transactions of my career! 🎀🔑

It all started with a referral from my cousin, Alex. Alex, THANK YOU for trusting me enough to refer your physician partner to me. Referrals are never something I take lightly. When you send someone you know and care about my way, you’re putting your name behind mine—and that means more to me than you know. ❤️

One evening, Ms. Christina and I had a long conversation about what she wanted in her new home. She knew what she liked, she knew what she didn’t like, and one thing was definitely on the wish list—a beautiful home with a SWIMMING POOL! 🏊🏽‍♀️☀️

A few days later, we went out looking. She found THE ONE, we submitted the offer, went under contract, and just like that… WE CLOSED! 🎉🔑

And when I tell you this transaction was SMOOTH… it was SMOOTH!

A huge thank-you to Joe, the listing agent and owner of the property. Joe was incredibly generous and accommodating throughout this entire transaction. Anything I requested on behalf of my client, he worked with us to make happen. I truly believe the angels were with us from beginning to end because everything came together so beautifully.

One week ago today, we dropped our baby girl, Kaleigh, off at her college dorm. 🎓💕 Being the baby of the family, dropping her off hit a little differently. After raising three children, my husband and I officially entered a new season of life… we are empty nesters. 🥹

There has definitely been some mental and emotional adjusting. As a mother, there is so much joy in watching your children grow, accomplish their goals, and become the people you prayed they would be. But there’s also a part of your heart that wishes you could keep them close just a little longer. ❤️

Today, exactly one week later, we made the drive back just to take our baby girl to lunch. 🥰 And I was SO happy to see her! I miss her more than words can explain.

I’m incredibly grateful for the life God has blessed us with. To have raised three children, watch them grow and do well, and now have the opportunity to send our youngest off to college is something I will never take for granted. God has truly been faithful through every season.

And to our village—THANK YOU. ❤️ Thank you for loving our children, praying for them, encouraging them, and being there for our family through the good times and the difficult ones. It truly takes a village, and God has blessed us with an amazing one.

Kaleigh, continue to put God FIRST. Keep praying, keep working hard, stay focused, and trust Him even when you don’t understand the path ahead. Mommy and Daddy are always here, cheering you on every step of the way. 🎀🎓❤️

Not every closing looks the way you imagined it would… and that’s exactly why having the right REALTOR® matters.

This closing was originally scheduled for Thursday. Then it became Friday at 3:00 PM… then 4:00 PM… then 6:00 PM… and we finally closed around 7:30 that evening.

By the time everything was approved, the title company was closed, the builder’s model home was closed, and we found ourselves doing one of the most memorable closings I’ve ever had… at Starbucks. ☕🏡

Earlier that afternoon, I received a call telling me to get to the property immediately for the final walkthrough. I had been running errands all day, wearing a real estate T-shirt, ripped jeans, and definitely wasn’t dressed for closing. I didn’t have a closing gift with me or time to prepare the way I normally would. But one thing I did have was determination.

For two straight days, everything else was put on hold while we worked through unexpected underwriting hurdles. I made phone calls, brought in additional professionals, stayed up late, and refused to give up until we found a solution.

That’s what I want my clients to know.

Buying a home isn’t always perfect. Sometimes unexpected obstacles show up at the very last minute. What matters is having someone in your corner who knows how to stay calm, solve problems, bring the right people together, and fight until you have the keys in your hand.

Deric, thank you for trusting me through every step of this journey. Your mom introduced us years ago, and it has truly been an honor watching your family’s journey unfold. 🏡 CLOSED! 🎉 Congratulations to Kamarion on becoming a homeowner!

This one was extra special. Kameron was referred to me by a good friend, and within a day or two of connecting, we were touring homes. Not long after, we were under contract, and six months later, we handed over the keys to a beautiful home that we built from the ground up!

At just 24 years old (he was 23 when we started this journey), Kamarion has accomplished something many people spend years working toward. He and his beautiful family now have a home that’s just under 3,000 square feet on a lot just under 14,000 square feet—plenty of room to make memories for years to come.

I have to give Cameron a special shoutout. In real estate, every transaction is different, and while I don’t mind rolling up my sleeves when challenges come, Kamarion was truly one of the most organized, responsive, and prepared clients I’ve ever worked with. He stayed on top of everything from start to finish, making this one of the smoothest closings I’ve had.

One of my favorite memories was when he called me one day asking about my faith. After that conversation, I changed his contact name in my phone to “New Homeowner – July 2026.” I told him that’s how much I believed this was going to happen. (Now…he did try to give me a heart attack talking about quitting his job right before closing! 😂 Thankfully, we laughed about it and stayed the course.)
