Last Friday was special 🤍🏡

This mama came to me unsure if homeownership was even possible after purchasing a new car. Her numbers were tight… but her faith was strong, and she was willing to try.

We explored her options and stepped into new construction (because YES those incentives matter 👏🏽). She liked the 3-bedroom… but when she walked into the 4-bedroom, she said, “This is the one for me and my boys.”

The lender said she only qualified for the 3-bedroom.

But I don’t stop there.

After advocating, negotiating, and standing in the gap for my client, I made the decision to give up $10,000 of my commission to help her secure the 4-bedroom home she truly wanted for her family.

Because this isn’t just real estate for me its purpose.

🏡 Closing Day Success | A Divine Connection | Young Adults🎀

33 days ago, I received a text message from a dedicated mother at 11 PM. She was reaching out to get information on how her two young adult kids could purchase their first home. After a few heartfelt conversations and quick action, we met that weekend, signed a contract on Monday, and today just 33 days later we’ve officially closed! 🎉
