There are a lot of things we will do as your real estate agent.

We will answer the questions you think are silly. We will dig into the numbers. We will point out things you might not have noticed. We will explain your options (sometimes more than once 😂). And we will make sure you understand what’s happening before you make a decision.

But there are also a few things we won’t do.

We won’t pressure you because it makes our job easier.

We won’t tell you what you want to hear just to keep a deal together.
And we definitely won’t disappear once the closing papers are signed.

Because our job isn't simply to help you buy or sell a house.
It's to help you make really big real estate decisions with someone in your corner who will give you the information, guidance + honesty you need along the way.

That's the kind of agents we want to be — during the transaction and long after.

Zillow is great for casually scrolling homes (we've all done it ), but once you're seriously ready to buy, we're doing things a little differently.

First, we want to know exactly what you're looking for — your budget, preferred areas, bedrooms, lot size, must-haves, deal breakers and those “would be nice” extras.

Then we'll build a custom search for you directly in the MLS and save it. That means when a new home matching your criteria hits the market, you'll automatically get it sent to you — without having to constantly refresh Zillow hoping you catch it.
And that's the biggest reason I move my buyers away from third-party search sites: the information isn't always updated in real time.

We've had a buyer send us a Zillow listing they were ready to go see…only to discover the home had CLOSED two weeks earlier.

Zillow is great for inspiration.
But when you're actually ready to find your house? Let's search smarter.
