Most of the early and middle years of my career I worked on most all the lakes and rivers in cental and north La. I served 7 years (1983 to 1990) as head Fisheries Biologist on Toledo Bend Reservoir. I began my career in real estate in 2007, mainly working as a Realtor involving rural properties and land. In 2011, I earned my Brokers license and began planning my own company. In 2012, I retired fr
om the Department of Wildlife & Fisheries and shortly after was setback for about 3 years with a serious health issue. In September,2015, I again pursuing upon finalizing my plans to launch my company called "Gough Lake N' Land Realty". During my endeavors, I became attracted on to a company that paralled many of my same visions, goals, technology, and education that I wanted and needed. I like the caring people of this large but local supportive company, their helping and loving attitudes and the way they do honest business. I couldn't pass up on such an opportunity. It was just meant to be. In October, 2015, I joined Keller Williams-Cenla Partners in Alexandria. I was able to keep my identity as Gough Lake N' Land and work as I had planned for years; "specializing in lake, river, and rural properties. I love the place that I currently reside, and the people and area of the Hineston Community. I would like to be known as "the person to go to for real estate sales and service in the Hineston, Calcasieu, Melder, Elmer, Seiper, Gardner communities and vicinities of southwest Rapides Parish". I would also like to be the go to guy for central La. lakes and rivers such as: Kincaid, Cotile, Indian Creek, Iatt, Saline, Clear and Black Lake, the Red River and Sabine River along with Toledo Bend to name a few. Although, I am 63 years young; I have been given a new life, a new way, and a new start by the Lord and I intend to spend many more years living with life more abundantly and praise the Lord all the way of this Journey.
