Big news! 🎉 Omega Property Management is honored to receive two 2025 CAI-MN Vision Awards from Community Associations Institute - MN Chapter.

🏆 Garden Villas at the Reserve (Plymouth) earned Association Board of the Year (Over 100 Homes) – recognized for strong leadership, smart planning, and clear homeowner communication that protected property values and supported long-term community success.

🏆 Lynne Peterson, Senior Manager, received Mentor/Trainer of the Year for her dedication to mentoring and training fellow community managers.

And a shout-out to Tiffani Farwell, who was also a finalist for Extraordinary Support Staff – Management Company! 👏

Welcome, Hyland Hill North Condominium! 🏡✨

This week, our team had the pleasure of hosting a warm and welcoming onboarding event for a beautiful new community in Bloomington! Homeowners were greeted with a festive spread featuring a variety of delicious popcorn, a refreshing mocktail menu, and fun goody bags to take home. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, answer questions, and celebrate the start of a great partnership.

CAM stands for Community Association Manager — professionals dedicated to supporting and maintaining thriving communities.

We recently participated in a continuing education course hosted by the Community Associations Institute (CAI) focused on Post-Disaster Recovery for Community Associations. The session provided invaluable insights into managing and recovering from catastrophic events such as fires, tornadoes, and major water intrusion.

Grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and be better prepared to support the communities we serve.

The Community Association Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations. The Community Association Manager is the go-to source for every issue related to the community associations in their portfolio, and must be aware of and able to speak authoritatively on every project and task in the community, from accounting to maintenance to homeowner relations. Strong communication and follow-through skills are a must.
