This seller almost left $74,000 on the table! Don't make this mistake when selling your home! 🌊

An estate attorney and friend referred me to a seller navigating an estate sale on a beautiful lakefront property on Forest Lake. She had already received a proposal from another realtor who told her it was worth $499,000.

After walking the property and doing extensive research on comparable sales, I came in at $575,000 and offered to coordinate all the repairs to get it market ready, paint, carpet, everything, so the seller wouldn't have to deal with a thing. For estate sales especially, that peace of mind matters.

But here's where it gets even better. We ended up not doing any repairs at all. We sold it off market to a buyer through our own office for $573,000.

That's $74,000 more than the other agent's number, with zero repair stress for the seller.
