This is the lowest mortgage interest rates have been for MONTHS. It’s time to get back in the game of home buying.

The best part - the Fed met and is predicting more rate decreases in 2024.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU:
1) more buying power
2) more options
3) when potential sellers see things picking up, they may be more motivated to sell, which means more listings coming on the market.

The downside: with lower rates comes more competition and higher prices. You might be thinking “if they’re gonna go even lower, why wouldn’t I wait until later this year to buy?” Sure - that’s a tactic - but you’ll be facing stiff competition and multiple offers again, which is already normal for that time of year. Priced will organically go up, and then then demand will force them up higher.

NOW is the time. You can refinance when the rates go down. Edina Realty Mortgage’s re-finance program allows you to re-finance in the next two years and pay no loan origination fee.
