I was introduced to Matt through my brother-in-law, whom I’ve helped buy and sell a few homes over the years. When Matt and I first met, he was in a unique position - having owned his home for just three years, we needed a strategy that would maximize his return and protect his equity. We put together a clear plan, executed it seamlessly, and knocked it out of the park! We were under contract in less than a week with a great offer, and now he’s off to start a new chapter in Arizona with "the one." 💙💙
The goal was clear from day one: protect his equity and sell quickly in a shifting market. With new construction nearby at similar price points, there wasn't much room for error.
We were very strategic - picking the upgrades and touch-ups that mattered and skipping the ones that didn't. I brought in a cleaner, got out the pressure washer, and lined up high-end photos and video that cracked 5-digits in views so the house stood out against the new builds. Then I stayed with it all the way through the move-out.
It was a true team effort, and it closed without issue!
At the closing table, Matt told me he'll be going out of his way to pass my name along to friends and family. That one really stuck with me and means a lot.
