✅Check out the latest numbers from the APRIL housing report.

🔘The market is finally starting to find its balance. If you’re looking to buy, there’s some good news: inventory is up 8.1% across Minnesota, so you actually have some options to look at! 📈

🔘Statewide home prices held perfectly flat at $360k, but the Twin Cities metro actually saw prices dip by about 2%. On top of that, homes are sitting on the market a bit longer (averaging 64 days), meaning buyers don't have to rush and panic quite as hard as a couple of years ago. 🕰️

🔘Sellers are still doing great, but they’re definitely being a bit more realistic and patient to get deals across the finish line. 🤝
