My name is Chris Kohler, and I am the owner and founder of Skyline Real Estate Services LLC. Since 2005, I have been dedicated to not just managing properties, but building vibrant, fun, and community-driven spaces that tenants love to call home. I partner with investors and property owners who share my passion for creating spaces that are not just places to live but places to thrive. With many hats of hands-on experience in every face of real estate—from caretaking and property management to financial management and project management—I have developed a deep understanding of what makes properties successful. In 2011 I built Skyline Real Estate Services on a foundation of passion: for great design, for exceptional service, and above all, for fostering a sense of community. Our whole team at Skyline is built on having fun building a portfolio and creating fun and style for all tenants. At Skyline, our mission is simple: Love Where You Live. This is more than just a slogan—it’s a philosophy that guides every project we undertake. Whether it’s by improving the quality of life for tenants through thoughtful upgrades or by working closely with owners to unlock the full potential of their properties, we believe that a well-managed building is the cornerstone of a thriving community. What excites me about this opportunity is the chance to partner with owners who, like myself, genuinely care about their properties and the people who inhabit them. I seek to work with those who are ready to invest in long-term value—both in terms of property improvements and the well-being of the tenants they serve. You still see me to this day walking my properties picking up garbage on site and helping the maintenance guys because Skyline isn't just a company, it is a family and we all help each other create the atmosphere.
