You know you’re officially an adult when getting a great deal on gas feels like winning the lottery. 😂⛽

Cashed in my rewards and filled up for $2.12/gallon — 19 gallons for just over $40!
And in real estate, those miles add up fast between showings, inspections, closings, and appointments, so I’ll take the win. 🏡

Now I’m off to show a few houses with my cheap gas. 😆

An under-cabinet electric can opener — tucked away, off the counter, and still ready to work.

I love coming across these little features while showing homes because they’re such a snapshot of how kitchens have changed over the years.
