LUXURY VINYL PLANK has come SO FAR 🙌🏼🏡
Yes—you can spend more and go with real hardwood or engineered hardwood, and there are absolutely homes where that makes sense. BUT for homes under $1M (depending on the area), LVP is a product I would definitely consider—especially if RESALE is part of the plan.
One of my biggest recommendations: GO CONTINUOUS. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
If you’re replacing flooring on the main level, consider running the SAME flooring throughout the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room + main living spaces instead of breaking it up room by room.
WHY? Buyers are loving this look right now. 🩵
▪️ Makes the entire main level feel BIGGER
▪️ Creates a brighter + more updated look
▪️ Gives the home a clean, cohesive feel
▪️ Eliminates those flooring transitions from room to room
▪️ Can make a BIG difference when it comes time to sell 💰
I see this firsthand in the homes I sell—good flooring choices MATTER. If you’re remodeling with resale in mind, LVP can give you a LOT of bang for your buck without spending what you would on hardwood.
I’m a FAN. 🙋🏼♀️🩵🏡
