If you know me at all, you know I’ve spent MANY years happily single… and at the very TOP of my list was always an amazing role model for my Brownies 🙌🏻🙌🏻

KIND, humble, down-to-earth, FUN, top of his game, shows up, tries hard at whatever he does… and most importantly—a BIG BIG heart 🩵🩵🩵

You might know Brian as a Police Chief, but he’s sooooooo soooo much more. Crazy cardio/cyclist guy 🚴🏻‍♂️, always seeking a new hairstyle 😂, master at putting some crazy outfits together, Caribbean reggae lover 🌴🎶, incredibly funny —and I can even twist his arm to do yoga with me while navigating remaining in a relationship afterward. 😆

The biggest question on a Holiday Weekend: GO LIVE or WAIT????

With inventory still LOW, I rarely recommend sitting on the sidelines waiting for the “perfect” week to hit the market.

When you’re prepped and ready… LET’S GO. 🏡💃🏼

The key is simply TWEAKING THE STRATEGY. 🔑

▪️ Launch a day or two earlier (Thursday or Wednesday vs. Friday)
▪️ Maximize PRE-MARKETING (up to 21 days) so buyers can plan ahead around holiday schedules
▪️ Prioritize OPEN HOUSES—many buyers attend when their Realtor is unavailable

Many buyers are busy traveling on holiday weekends, but serious buyers are still looking. In fact, one of these homes went under contract with a buyer who came through our Open House because their Realtor was unavailable.

The market doesn’t stop for holidays—it just requires a thoughtful strategy.

Also a big CHEERS to all the dads, father figures, coaches, mentors, and everyone who shows up for our kids and helps them become better humans. 🩵
