This beauty went into multiple offers almost immediately & we are headed to closing!

I met with these sellers, who were referred to me by friends of ours, and we walked through the house, discussed some tweaks that needed to be done & the timeline that worked best for them & away we went.

Not every listing is the same & neither is every Realtor. Just sayin’...😉 🤓🏡

I will never forget when Sue reached out & said that they were wanting to “rightsize” & were hoping I’d help them through it all! ☺️ oh yes, I’d love too!

This was a special one as they built this home, raised their family there & lived there for 32 years! Now she is ready to make another family’s more amazing memories!

And after lots of searching, they found the perfect location with the best wetland views and she is a beauty!

Years ago I helped Eric & Nicole sell their investment property in Minneapolis.

They had long before moved out of MN but had kept that lil gem in Mpls. When they started thinking about selling it, a mutual friend recommended me & lucky for me, I ran into them at Malones. The deal was done! 🤓😂

Fast forward to January when they reached out because of a relocation back to MN and they wanted me to help them find their new home. Well, sign me up! There is something special when you get to work with past clients again!

Did we go out looking the weekend of the snow storm in March? Yep. Did we walk up to homes with nothing shoveled? Yep. Did we love it? Nope. Did they find their home? YEP!
