This was a pretty clean inspection on a house out in East Bethel. It was a short sale so no negotiations would be made for credits or repairs for the items found during an inspection. Just a decision by the buyer whether or not to move forward. Buyer loves the house and location and luckily the items found were all relatively easy fixes.
