Family. That word can seem simple. For me it extends way beyond sharing DNA, it’s a collection of experiences. Sometimes it’s birthday celebrations, proms, weddings, funerals, hospitalizations, and even buying and selling homes.
I’ve known these two since 1995. We have so many memories and a lot of them involve this house. Their first house. They welcomed our family so many times for holidays, backyard bbqs, paint and sips and everything in between. Countless games of spades were played in that dining room. Their kids grew up here. These photos only capture a snippet of the memories.
When it was time for them to make a move to their next house, they called me and we found them a new place to call home. We rented this house out for a few years and they learned how to become landlords (lessons were learned because tenants will humble you 😂) and then they decided it was time to shift gears with their investment. They called me AGAIN. We got it sold quickly, multiple offers, OVER the asking price. They are off to try their hand in a different market where I can’t serve them personally but I’m happy for them, it’s a better opportunity and that’s what matters most to me.
I’m grateful. Grateful to my FAMILY for the trust, for the support, for the opportunity but most of all for the memories and the hospitality. Wishing you many blessings on your next investment. ❤️
