Pondview Apartments offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes in Maplewood, MN, conveniently located close to Downtown St. Surrounded by 29 acres of natural wetlands and hiking paths, the community of Pondview Apartments features an outdoor heated swimming pool, basketball court, picnic tables, and BBQ grills. Close to nature trails. 1 bed/1 bath, 2 bed/2 baths, or 3 bed/2 bath floor plans include

features such as walk-in closets, ceiling fans, breakfast bar, dishwasher, and balcony or patio. Pondview Apartments offers heated underground parking, 24-hour laundry rooms, and trash chutes on each floor. One dog under 60 pounds or 2 cats per apartment is welcome! Pet Policy
Cats and Small Dogs Welcome. $250 pet deposit and $250 pet fee. $25/month dog rent. Weight limit on dog 60lbs, one dog, and dog cat or two cats, breed restrictions: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Chow, Doberman, American Pit Bull Terrior, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, German Shepard, Mastiffs, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bulldog
