🌭SPAAR’s ultimate summer networking cookout, the SPAAR-B-Q, is a fun, casual event where members can connect, mingle and enjoy great food in a relaxed setting.

⌛This year’s SPAAR-B-Q event will take place on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 11am to 1pm at the SPAAR Office.

Hosted by SPAAR’s Affiliate Committee, members will be able to come enjoy a free lunch complete with grilled hot dogs, burgers and all the fixings, plus chips and dessert.

The SPAAR-B-Q is also an opportunity for National Night Out (NNO) block captains or neighborhood coordinators to pick up their pre-registered Cub Foods gift card*, which are provided in recognition to the SPAAR members who are involved in their community's NNO event.

SPAAR’s Metro YPN Committee for an unforgettable night of baseball, networking and giving back on Thursday, July 23, for an exclusive VIP experience at CHS Field, home of the Saint Paul Saints.

This event is limited to 50 attendees with tickets just $25 each, and SPAAR members may register themselves and one guest.

Dan Sherman is one of SPAAR's Affiliate of the Month for 2026!
"Everyone consistently acts with the highest level of care possible," said Dan, describing his involvement with the Affiliate Committee with which he served for a number of years.

Selected by SPAAR's Affiliate Committee, three individuals recently chosen as Affiliate of the Month for April, May and June, respectively, are Jeff Zajac, Steven Tran and Dan Sherman.

Wendy Uzelac is SPAAR’s RPAC Investor of the Month for June 2026!

Wendy Uzelac has been a Realtor® for more than 35 years and has been a broker of the RE/MAX Northwoods Team for 21 years. Wendy is also serving as the Minnesota Realtors® 2026 President. She is a deeply committed to her clients and dedicated to maintaining high ethical and professional standards in the industry.

Wendy holds a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) real estate designation and is a recipient of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, which honors agents who earn more than $1 million in commissions during their careers. A past president of the Itasca County Board of Realtors®, she serves the Grand Rapids community as Centennial Rotary Club past president. She belongs to the local chapter of Business Network International (BNI) and holds ABR, AHWD, C2EX, CRS, GRI and RSPS designations.

Wendy is a steadfast advocate for the Realtor® Political Action Committee (RPAC). She has been an investor for 25 years. In fact, Wendy is such a respected RPAC Investor that she is being inducted into the RPAC Hall of Fame on June 14 while in Washington, DC at the NAR Realtors® Legislative Meetings Conference.
