Company Founder Malik Crichlow was born in New York and moved to New Jersey a little over 7 years ago; he immediately jumped into the Real Estate field and became a Licensed Realtor who soared to great heights very early on. He promised himself that he would practice with a make sense approach, utilize his excellent people skills and always apply his deep determination to complete the job at hand;. Malik created the standard on which Good Buy Homes NJ Realty stands on; which is professionalism, great customer service and the understanding that we're in the people business first, we just happen to be really GOOD at selling homes. As a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and a SFR (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource); Malik has dedicated himself to helping home owners avoid some very tough times as our market has seen a severe rash of Foreclosures and Short sales. Malik trained intensely to become a reliable resource for struggling home owners who need help, NOT sales tactics. Also being a Certified AAGG (All around great guy; (it was a joke) has helped Malik become a leader as one of New Jersey's most recognized Pre-Foreclosure/Short Sale Specialist.
