When one spouse is ready to move and one isn't - it can take some time (and patience) for there to be a meeting of the minds.

It definitely took some convincing for Josh to get Mandy to start seriously considering moving out of the city. But once she came around (and once their kids realized they could have a slip-n-slide!), they were all in.

They fell in love with this home, built in 1800 - with charm & detail at every turn. Wood beams, stacked stone walls, huge hearth fireplace - this home is one of a kind.

They already have loads of friends in town and I have no doubt their transition to the suburban life is going to be fantastic. Wishing them the warmest welcome and a huge thank you to for connecting us ❤️

Michael and Nicole started their home search over two years ago. It was the middle of the pandemic -- they used to drive down from Boston every weekend, with two young kids to house hunt. Just when they thought they might never find their house - then, oh then, they ended up exactly where they belonged and landed their dream home.

To the guy we love who makes the breakfasts and carries all of the beach stuff. The guy who carves our turkey on Thanksgiving and makes sure the girls have their water bottles for school. The guy who packs up the car and takes out the recycling. The guy who mows and washes the dishes after dinner. To the guy who does too much to list.

A Kendal Ave Love Story ❤️

When you know, you know, and my clients have known from day one, that Kendal Ave was their target street 🎯

Close to town, around the corner from a park - it was their ideal location.

But it is a challenging market and they had to bid on multiple homes on the street, over the course of two years - before landing on the beautiful home they are closing on today.

I could not be happier for these clients, putting down roots and moving closer to family.

I have said it before and I'll say it again - I believe you end up right where you belong. You just need to trust the process.
