As a reminder to our storage unit tenants:

Rent is due on the 1st of the month. If payment hasn't been received by the 8th of the month, a $20 late fee applies and we lock you out until rent has been paid. (Per the rental agreement you signed when you rented the unit)

Month to month lease requires a 30 day notice if you are vacating your unit. Failure to do so will result in you being responsible for the following month as it takes time to get these rented sometimes. We will work with you if the unit is rented to someone else immediately after you vacate. (Also per the rental agreement you signed)

Thank you.
