Welcome to Unit 111 at Ocean Isles Fishing Village, where every morning starts with sweeping Atlantic views. ☀️

✨ Built in 2022 | 1 bed • 2 full baths • 850 sq ft
✨ Two private ocean-view balconies with a due-south exposure
✨ Two-story open concept with granite kitchen and coastal finishes
✨ Built high above flood elevation: CBS construction, impact windows, metal roof
✨ 7-night minimum rentals allowed, a rare advantage in the Keys 💰

Life here means afternoons at the Olympic-sized waterfront pool, sunsets under the tiki huts, and your boat waiting at the private marina, a private boat ramp, fish-cleaning stations, grilling areas, and an air-conditioned clubhouse, all within a 7-acre gated resort.

Your own slice of paradise, or a high-performing vacation rental. Why not both? 🌴

National dessert day is calling our name! 😋

What better way to celebrate than with Key Lime Pie from our favorite places:
•S.S. Wreck in Grassy Key is a casual eats with home made key lime pie that has won awards 🏆
•Another favorite has to be Sweet Savannah’s in Marathon! 🍭

Let’s talk about the real cost of owning oceanfront property. 💸🌊 A standalone beachfront house with a private beach in Marathon will cost you millions upfront. Then comes the real headache: hunting for insurance, fighting salt corrosion, paying a pool guy, and panic-prepping the exterior for storms. 🌪️🔨
This condo at 1001 W Ocean Dr is $739,000. Yes, the HOA buys you the ultimate luxury: ZERO HASSLE. 🛑 Your building insurance, exterior maintenance, water, sewer, cable, and security? Done. Handled. You don’t spend your weekends fixing a roof; you spend them at your oceanfront pool or on your 350-foot private beach. 🏖️ Lock the door, leave, and let the on-site management handle the rest. This is how smart money buys the Keys. 🌴
