about 8 acres being public area for the community of 12 RV Park sites, its roads & parking, its future community center, and the 8 other rental houses scattered among the back of the property. Community, Communication, and Consideration are very important ideals for each of the tenants picked to be a part of the Granite Oaks Community. There is an friendly, attentive Park Manager, Jordan, who lives onsite, overlooking the main driveway entrance & about 50 feet from the main office. She is your main point of contact, from initial calls, appointments, and payments, to emergencies that happen after hours and need immediate attention. Ellie has been a part of LifeSpace and Granite Oaks for over 14 years, and she is a true gem! She basically knows how to do everything from office stuff, to fixing repairs on cars or in houses, and remembering small details like birthdates or numbers. She adds an amazing social value of connecting with everyone, being her genuine self always, and keeping everyone safe by always noticing small things. While she doesn't live on site technically, her property is actually right next to the RV Park's back entrance, and she comes to and from frequently, helping add that safety and friendliness to our community. Next, we have your Park "Dad' and Mr. Fix It, named Scott. He has the back area of the property and is the brains, designer, and builder of the entire operation and community. He is always working, sunup to sundown, and still finds time to help you build a spread sheet to analyze a problem or play pool with his local billiards friends. He will be curt and swift with redirecting people who are not honoring the community rules and guidelines, but as most people eventually see... its the rules and systems that actually make this place safe, consistent, and comforting.
