Freeze Warning Precautions for our tenants:
• Open Cabinet Doors below sinks
• Keep thermostat above 65 degrees
• Let inside faucets drip
• Wrap outside faucets; do not leave them dripping
• Keep all animals safe; they cannot survive the coming cold weather.
• TJM will not tolerate the abuse of defenseless animals during this weather event.
• Contact us at once if plan on being out of town during this event.
You must follow these guidelines to ensure the safety of our property as well as your own. Tenants will be held responsible for all damage to the property if they fail to follow these guidelines. If your pipes freeze you will be out of water until the weather warms up and plumbers return to work after the deep freeze event.
Our Marble Falls office will close on Friday, January 12th, 2024 at 4:00pm and will not reopen until 10:00am on Monday, January 15th, 2024 @ 9:00am.
As always, for “true emergencies” we can be reached 24/7 by calling 830-693-1100 and leaving a message at extension #306. This phone line is reserved for true emergencies where life or property are in danger. Follow the prompts. Leave the information requested. Hang up. And then stand by your phone and await our call. Do not get back on the phone and tie up the line. Frequently the call back will come from a “blocked number” as our employees may be calling you from their personal cell phone from home.
