It is unusual for Ridgemont to have an available unit that is not taken by our waiting list. Today, however, I am happy to announce that we have a one bedroom unit that will be vacating this weekend and ready for move-in about May 18. This is a great unit- with a fireplace, ceiling fans, simulated wood flooring and much more. It is a B floor plan which measures 1130 square feet and includes an attached one car garage. Call our office for more info. This won’t last long!

Facebook is a forum for sharing many things, and today I want to share something positive that occurred last week. I was at my Ridgemont computer, and went online to see the weather forecast (something I routinely do to determine our irrigation needs coming up). All of the sudden I got a pop-up warning and the computer stopped responding. It said both on the pop-up an with audio that I must immediately call a certain phone number or my data would be lost. I put in a call to my go-to techie Cory Gott. He returned my call promptly and walked me thru what I needed to do. Problem solved! It was some kind of ransom ware that would have destroyed our data if I had responded differently. He was courteous and helpful, and most of all he did not make me feel like an idiot for not knowing what to do. Thanks Cory!
