INSPECTIONS are the LAST week of June I'll be looking in each closet, checking for leaks, and last but not least FILTERS.

EACH home will be inspected

If I can not get in to inspect then you will fail the Inspections automatically.

Y'all PLEASE a lot of these services calls are simple fixes CHANGE YOUR FILTERS IN THE AC UNITS, windows, mini splits, and regular units if you do NOT know how call me I will come show you.

Please make sure you are changing the AC filters once a month. Put it on your calendar to do so!!! Even if you are using window units, mini splits, or the brand new units going in, this is crucial to keep them running and working properly.

I'm slowly getting the units replaced with the help of Crawford's Mechanical and his crew.

Tomorrow, if you live on the right side coming into the park, it will be sprayed first. He will begin around 9:30. This will not harm the animals, but we would like you to take them outside and give the spray time to dry.

Receipts will be available tomorrow.

Please remember that house spraying will occur on Thursday and Friday of this week.

Furthermore, inspections are forthcoming this month; I'll announce the date later this week.

I'd like to express gratitude to everyone in Deerfield and beyond for their kind sentiments and support, the prayers following the recent loss of my Dad. I'm still healing, as this has hurt me so much, but with the friendships I have, I know I will eventually learn how to live with this void; however, it's still a fresh wound to me, so thank you for being patient and caring. ♡
